Service Description
Sooner Water Pros operates this website as a marketing and referral service that connects homeowners with independent local water damage restoration providers in the Oklahoma City metro area. We are not the contractor performing the work: all restoration services are performed by independent providers, who are solely responsible for their work, pricing, warranties, and licensing.
Estimates and Pricing
Cost ranges published on this site are estimates based on typical Oklahoma City market rates and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not quotes. Actual pricing is determined by the assigned provider after on-site assessment, and you should confirm the scope and price in writing before work begins.
Emergency Disclaimer
If there is an immediate threat to life or property — fire, gas leak, major flooding with electrical hazard — call 911 first. This website and its phone numbers are for water damage restoration service requests, not emergency dispatch.
Insurance Information
General information about insurance coverage on this site is educational only and is not legal or insurance advice. Coverage depends on your specific policy; consult your carrier or agent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sooner Water Pros is not liable for the acts, omissions, or workmanship of independent service providers, or for any damages arising from your use of this website.
